Please note we are currently working on a 5-15 business day turnaround from receiving payment, if you make payment on a Friday your order will be started the following Monday, any orders where payments are made on a weekend will be processed on the Monday and started the Tuesday.

As all orders are custom made we operate a no returns policy. Please check all details (including spelling) are correct before paying as payment is confirmation and we will use invoice to work from.
Spelling is the responsibility of the customer. All orders are not started until payment has been received in full. We are not responsible for the time it takes for our courier to deliver, our responsibility ends when leaving us. However, if you received your item damaged please don't hesitate to contact us. All items must be reported damaged within 2 days of signing. Or collection within 3 working days of us contacting you, please not collection must be at a time to suit us and we do not do collections weekends and bank holidays.
